I have been using oracle linux for years but I have started using oracle linux 8.5 for deployment of kubernetes master and worker nodes. Speed and simplicity I found it easy to use and faster than many other os platforms. U can also resolve dependancies simply using yum. So with docker containers and kubernetes this works best and its my experiance which is talking. So go ahed and spinup ec2 oracke linux instances and get your handon.
