When researching an account, I loved that Oracle kept track of every single transaction. The very detailed reports allowed me to better understand my accounts, generate reports based on my needs, and help customers address issues. I really liked that our sales order was generated directly from Oracle. This allowed me to close deals in a timely fashion with the client next to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any software, sometimes there would be glitches in the middle of completing a sales order and I would need to start the process over again. I did have to call customer support a few times, but always had a good experience when doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
