After using Oracle Instantis for my job, I like how the program offers multiple tabs and organizes what I am looking for into separate categories. The organization of the program is great and I like how I can feel safe and secure accessing my information on the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oracle Instantis? The program itself works well, but the visual layout of the tabs in the program are hard to naviagate at times. The layout is not user friendly in that you must open multiple tabs to view something, rather than toggle over it. Oracle Instantis allows employees at the company I work for (the Calgary Board of Education) to be able to view and update credentials related to their profession. Not sure if the system can not handle when photos get sent via emails but it will close Oracle out completely if I try to open an email with a picture attached. I used oracle at work to purchase materials, reimburse expense, and apply for per diem from business trip and so on. What do you dislike about Oracle Instantis? I wish there were a simple manual to follow the system. It takes time to be able to optimize the tool and some coworkers were having troubles learning oracles. I think It would be best if they were good videos to follow how to use oracles. Required using computer`s browser, not browser of your pocket device (f/e some bosses not use computers in companies, all the work they do in their devices ) System has some restrictions, while adding or trying to create new projects, but it can be solved by support engineers In my experience, service has falls, but it also solved by support engineers of oracle.
