It can be tricky to understand some of the tools,and the interface might be a bit off,but a little practice should quickly resolve that issue. The application is easy to use. With the idea of choosing what you need and adding the access you need to a cart really works! This is the first time we are implementing OIM into our system. However, it didn't take a look of time to navigate and learn how to use the application. Though it is different from what application we used to use, this is actually better works faster.
