"Oracle is stable and reliable " 4.5/5 What do you like best about Oracle Human Resources Analytics? The difference variety that Oracle offers. We have several different applications that uses Oracle. Tons of different ways to enter time, PTO, and user records. Doesn't really go down to much either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oracle Human Resources Analytics? Not really and issue with the system. It just all depends on how it's implented/use within an a companies environment.
