A system that has many different module's in EBS that help to contribute the companies different departments needed to run the day to day operations. They do offer some cool functionality as it relates to personalizations, etc. Also, it might be a better product if they continue to listen to customer feedback,.

Oracle implementation support and leadership support is lacking. As a customer, you don't know who to go to for what. They are also not linked to OCS (Oracle Consulting Services) which can be confusing to customers. The leadership team they gave us is new to Oracle and they have not tried to understand our business as a large hospital system that is complex and growing. And this has turned into an IT driven project rather than a true HR and Payroll business driven project that it needs to be. We needed a 3 pronged approach of HR, Payroll and IT as support, not IT driven. It's taken forever to go-live (still working on it) due to many of these reasons.
