It's far and away our favorite feature and the backbone of our risk-mitigation strategy for U.S. HR. It saves our team a lot of time. What sets it apart from every other HR platform is that it’s a fully integrated system that updates in real time with every federal and state labor law change across the U.S. without needing any manual monitoring, spreadsheet updates, or consultant work. I also appreciate the U.S.-optimized core HR and Single Source of Truth for employee data. **What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?** I think the U.S.-Optimized Employee Self-Service (ESS) & Manager Self-Service (MSS) integration could be improved. Also, mobile usability for U.S. field/remote teams needs to be elevated, as it's critical for on-the-go work. **What problems is Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud keeps us U.S.-compliant with real-time labor law updates, saving our team from manual compliance tracking.
