What do you dislike about Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance Cloud?

It was a little difficult learning how to utilize the system. Customer service was helpful, but it often needed to be escalated so the phone calls often took hours or confused most of my day when issues did arise. On a few occassions it took weeks to fix the problem with the reports or setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle Financial reporting compliance Cloud is a powerful tool that provides business management solutions with a set of positive features in which I can highlight the following first offers a large number of applications including materials planning, financial accounting and business intelligence also gives you the ability to develop self-service reports another positive point is its interface which is simple and very intuitive this has business intelligence module to predict or analyze trends through business data the truth is a highly intelligent and automated software when talking about market analysis. Within my experience using Oracle Financial reporting compliance Cloud I can say that it still has some weaknesses among the main ones is how difficult it is to teach this software to people who do not have enough experience with computers because it is a highly intelligent and automated application in addition to having many fields of customization another negative point is its support is its technical support that I believe has deteriorated over the years the responses are slow and do not provide tutorials that completely clarify the doubts of users finally the bad internet connections affect the operation of the modules. It is a very complete application that adapts well to most scenarios, especially for those companies that want to diversify their activities, automate their business processes, manage their workflows and execute their activities perfectly, since it is a highly intelligent and automated software. I must also recommend that staff should have prior knowledge of accounting issues and the use of this type of application, since I consider it has a fairly high learning curve. Currently a large part of my organization is using this software as we have a very qualified staff in the area of business accounting. Oracle Financial reporting compliance Cloud has allowed us to run different business processes from a single platform thanks to the different modules it has for the execution of functions and tasks. Within my department the main functions that we use are Oracle Project and Portfolio, financials Cloud Procurement and Risk Mangement since this helps us to have a better visibility of our projects and make decisions related to these projects.
