It's easy to use. One centralized tool is able to monitor and manage all our oracle products, such as WCP, SOA, BPM, OPA, OHS, WLS, DB, IDM, AVDF, etc. Our enterprise project has been using OEM for more than 5 years now, which is hosted in the OCI (Oracle Infrastructure Cloud) data centers. OEM is easy to use, which requires small learning curve for new admins. When using OEM along with other OCI products such as OMC (Oracle Management Cloud) and OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud), now you have a complete Cloud offering to monitor and manage your entire enterprise systems. It requires some skills for our administrators to master this tool. Individual products such as SOA/BPM only has its small EM, so it can be confusing with the big OEM cloud control. OEM doesn't monitor RUEI or OKV products natively, so some custom scripting is required. In our enterprise project, we are also moving OEM's data masking functions to OCI DataSafe, because of the ease of use from latter. We also need to supplement OEM to use OMC (Oracle Management Cloud) to supplement the log analytics functions along with decommissioning of the RUEI (Real User Experience Insight).
