The Oracle Engagement Cloud Connector for Genesys Cloud is the out-of-the-box solution to integrate all the Genesys Cloud channels inside Oracle Engagement Cloud (also known as Oracle Fusion) using the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework. This solution allows having Genesys Cloud embedded inside Oracle Engagement Cloud so always visible and accessible whatever interaction is managed by the agent.

**What do you like best about Oracle Engagement Cloud Connector?**

These forums are well enough to support & guide in most scenarios, and the Service center is always there to teach. They need to focus on a User-Friendly interface in OTBI.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Engagement Cloud Connector?**

In Integration, they didn't provide clear information, Like API documents are not pretty much clear. For example,  documentation of fusion cloud.

**What problems is Oracle Engagement Cloud Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proper error codes were not defined. For example, if there is a logical condition, error API doesn't return a complete error message.
