You'd have to be an expert in HTML and Dreamweaver to use this product. Often I spent entire days trying to set up the operational side of the campaign, rather than strategy, copy writing, segmentation, etc.

Reporting is non-existent. Hugely disconnected from the rest of the product and completely inaccurate. It is the single least user friendly I have had the misfortune to use.

Overly technical for simple marketing automation tasks. May be good as a standalone tool but the Integration with Salesforce is overly complex and has a lot of issues.
