I feel the it is slightly overpriced compared to it's competitors. The interface could have been little bit more intuitive. Because Oracle EBS covers all business functions, it was implemented as a single-use SaaS for our company, but it does not have the needed functionality to handle a Depot Repair program. It is inflexible, does not scale with high volume, and data entry errors are not easily fixed.
