The interface could have been little bit more intuitive. As it is on Prem it would require a dedicated Database Administrator to manage efficiently. Oracle EBS has a wide range of functionality, so it works well for many of our departments, including finance, shipping, POs, and inventory transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oracle EBS CRM? Because Oracle EBS covers all business functions, it was implemented as a single-use SaaS for our company, but it does not have the needed functionality to handle a Depot Repair program. It is inflexible, does not scale with high volume, and data entry errors are not easily fixed. We have also had bugs that were sent to Oracle but were never resolved, requiring more time from our departments to fix or workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Oracle EBS CRM: Oracle EBS does not work for my department's needs, and after seven years, we are making a substantial investment in a new DR software. When launching Oracle, ensure that the out of box solution is as close to your needs as possible to avoid additional configurations that require extra labor during change management and update releases. I have heard great things about Oracle's useability from our finance department. Still, Oracle EBS is not a blanket solution for all departments, and I do not suggest it for a Depot Repair solution. In my department, Oracle is our primary service for Depot Repair and inventory tracking. We also use it in other departments through our company and have used Oracle EBS for several years. Oracle EBS is great at managing business globally, lowers costs, provides top quality cloud based storage and features. Compared to others I do believe they hold a advantage.
