Oracle EBS CRM offers unlimited functionality and customization if you have a budget for development. All modules work well together and offer many ready-made features. It is optimal for large companies that aim to streamline and optimize their business, thanks to numerous acquisitions and continuous development. **What do you dislike about Oracle EBS CRM?** It is not profitable and/or effective for small businesses because its implementation requires certain experience, knowledge, and skills, which is very costly for smaller companies due to the profile of the professional in charge of this system. Their teams quickly need adjustments or additional work processes that require development, testing, and implementation, which can be very expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle EBS CRM:** There is a lot of documentation about everything, but there is not a single piece that shows what needs to be done. You need to find all the pieces to build the structure of the business you hope to implement.
