Especially on the marketing & commerce front, the user interaction is great. I also use a personal website with SendGrid for mailing purposes. While talking about competitors, Oracle has been really magnificent in marketing & e-commerce single-click websites are amazing that competitors don't provide. **What do you dislike about Oracle Data Cloud?** On the e-commerce website, more focus can be given to user experience, because user engagement is there but I think updating the user experience with help of some web technologies, can be improved to a much better extent. Easy to find audiences and options for potential insights you can garner from those audiences. Very straightforward in terms of ability to locate the data you have ingested, view and create audiences with the and other data, and pull audience insights. **What do you dislike about Oracle Data Cloud?** The audience insights are strong, but the media insights are not as strong as one would like. It can build strong audience profiles for insights and media strategy, but frequency management and measuring diminishing returns based on engagement is limited. **What problems is Oracle Data Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting 1P data signals and then using ODC to index against those 1P data signals and identify audience attributes that best align with our client 1P data ### 10. I do not use it now but used it briefly in the past! Only because I didn't use it for too long, to have a negative opinion. Oracle data cloud is a complete integrated cloud which offers services across software as a service, platform as a service and infrastructure as a service. Their support staff is attentive and they are willing to negotiate to provide you the best deal. They've also released the Buy Through Rate product that allows users to see which of their publisher partners that is plugged in the tool is the most efficient at reaching actual purchasers of a product.
