Backed up by Oracle who has a plethora of telecom applications right from CRM to Network integration applications. The product is highly customizable and supports rich features out of the box. OBRM is a key Monetization product.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)?**

Oracle CGBU suite needs consolidation of Products. It seems to have too many products doing duplicate tasks.

The product is very reliable and highly customizable. It is also moved to Cloud.
