Every time we try to male a sale, it can take over 10 seconds to process the transaction **What problems is Oracle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Oracle to store guest data at the front desk. And use it as POS tools in our restaurant. Could be beneficial if Customer Support helped us better ### 3. Do your homework and convince your executives to go with something else. **What problems is Oracle Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an outdated home grown system that did not integrate. It has solved the issue of integration with our new Oracle system.
