What do you like best about Oracle Beehive?

I like the different integrated modules in Oracle Beehive. The workspaces, conferencing, email events, and wiki pages are all very useful and essential to us. As is the integration with Microsoft Outlook which allows us to update meetings and events and launch conferences. I end up using each of the modules almost every single day, and the workspace makes it very easy to organize different projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Beehive?

The user interface for Oracle Beehive is a bit dated, and the built in email client (Zimbra) needs to be improved because it currently does not have all the capabilities an email client should have (although most of us end up using Microsoft Outlook anyway and only access Zimbra when we are not at our own computers). Recommendations to others considering Oracle Beehive:

This is a very useful set of programs and tools. One of the best things about Oracle Beehive is the fact that you can set up any number of workspaces, invite different people to each, choose to publicly share some of the files in that workspace (or keep them all private) and you can also set different access levels and rights for each participant in the workspace. The programs are all integrated and this also helps improve workflow because there is no need to switch between programs and copy files over. As a company we are very happy with Oracle Beehive and its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Beehive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oracle Beehive addresses many of our business problems. We use this platform to collaborate on difference projects in the company, store files for easy access, video conferencing, and to schedule events and notify colleagues of meetings and planned vacations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
