It's easy to use even for the first-timers once they got into the system. Recently lots of system improvements implemented, which gives all the users more options to upload/supersede and do document search and to the other modules. You can also create or customize a template or even use the editable pdf form, even pre-assigned mail and document types. Project fields requirements can add easily into your configuration. Aconex, gives you detailed of information based in your document search criteria, workflow module is very convenient for document review and approval process. **What do you dislike about Oracle Aconex?** When we raised a request for any additional field or document types required, Aconex takes time to act, and even it's already justifiable and will be used for a big project like ours. Unresponsive instance for an extended period of time will have an impact on our project.
