It isn’t rigid; you can model fairly complex accounting logic without heavy development, which feels like a big win from a finance-ownership perspective. Finally, the auditability is strong. You can model almost anything, but without strong design discipline the setup can quickly become overly complex and difficult to maintain. The learning curve is also quite steep. It isn’t very intuitive for first-time users, especially when it comes to the accounting rules side, where you need both functional and technical understanding to use it effectively.
