We recently implemented Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub. We were using AR on-prem and had lot of customizations to account for our E-Com subscriptions. With migration to cloud accounting hub. We had to get rid of all the customizations we had for AR, we avoided customers creation and invoicing since this information is being maintained on E-Commerce portal. I strongly recommend FAH for E-Commerce subscriptions where there is no need of sending invoices to customers and the need is just to do accounting of these orders, revenue and subscription.
