"We LOVE Opus"
5/5
What do you like best about Opus Training?

I have a few years of experience with Opus and it's made my life so much easier.

I have a very small training team and we need to get info to our teams quickly. I am able to quickly create interesting training that our front line workers can take within minutes. I use the AI function to assist me in writing the training. The employees love the microlearning and we love it for the ease of use.

Every time our team makes a recommendation to the Opus team, they look into it quickly and implement the feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exactly What We Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Opus Training?

Opus has transformed the way we operate across the brand. It’s easy to use, gives us control over our content, and most importantly—it supports our ability to move at a rapid pace. Whether we’re preparing for new LTOs or launching community engagement initiatives, Opus keeps us agile and responsive without slowing us down.

We've also shifted all brand-wide communications into Opus, replacing a number of internal emails with something more effective—and trackable. Plus, moving several of our Marketing Manager Guides into the platform has saved us both time and the cost of printed materials. We are looking forward to implementing Task Lists next!

The support from the Opus team has been a true game changer. From onboarding to ongoing updates, they’re responsive, invested, and always ready to help us get the most out of the platform.

If you're looking for a training and communication solution built for the pace of restaurants, Opus delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus Training?

I’ve been impressed by how often Opus updates the platform to improve functionality and add value. Their developers even reach out to customers to get feedback and user perspectives, which is rare and appreciated. No complaints here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable, Mobile-First LMS That Grows With Your Company"
5/5
What do you like best about Opus Training?

What I like best about Opus is how intuitive and mobile-friendly the platform is for both hourly employees and leadership teams. It allows us to build, launch, and track impactful training across 14 locations and our corporate and talent divisions with ease. We’ve used it for everything from new hire orientation to state compliance, safety, manager development, and SOP-based system training. I especially appreciate how quickly we can roll out updates or new training content and how accessible it is to our teams—no clunky logins or complicated steps. The Opus team is also incredibly responsive and collaborative, always working to improve the platform based on real operational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus Training?

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to name one thing, it’s that we’d love to see alcohol awareness included in their catalog of compliance training. That’s an important topic for our venues, and it would be helpful to have it available natively within the platform. That said, we know it’s something they’re actively working on, and we’re confident it will be added soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
