As OPUS can be delivered as a SaaS platform, this reduces the overall ownership cost for us as a whole and allow for a quick implementation of the various modules available in OPUS. 2. Being a SaaS, any new features that are released from the product, it is automatically applied to your installation as well which means you are guranteed future proofing of your product as long as you subscribe to their service. 3. You have the freedom to pick and choose the modules that you want to use (and what you don't want to use) 4. There are some flexibility to customize or change vertain functionality to fit your industry - kudos to the implementation team who worked with us through good and bad times to make sure the implementation is successful. 5. Implementation team have years of experience and would be able to propose best practise for your operations. **What do you dislike about Container Terminal Operating System?** In terms of some challenges about the product: 1. Being a SaaS platform, do remember that you have limitations on how much you can change the software. For example, you cannot change the theme or even include your company logo to the product. Hopefully this functionality will be in future releases. 2. Depending on what type of subscription mechanism you are on, the cost could vary quite a lot. 3. There are some industries that are still quite new to the OPUS team and thus may require some hand-holding - and we had the unfortunate timing to implement during the pandemic situation where travel was restricted. This proof to be a big challenge to the project timeline since there was no possiblity for Implementation team to travel on-site to understand the business process. **What problems is Container Terminal Operating System solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Problems with jetty management from berth management, pipeline management, including monitoring the flow of the inbound and outbound product 2. Providing a mobile application to track and monitor operations on the ground 3. Safety management by ensuring there are sufficient seperations when planning for berthing at the port 4. Secondly, having this background allows the team to quickly grasp further enhancements and features to enrich the system further to meet customer expectations. **What do you dislike about Container Terminal Operating System?** Having only containerized operations background sometimes limits their knowledge on other types of operations such as breakbulk both liquid and solid bulk. **What problems is Container Terminal Operating System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have any proper system at the moment. With our growing business and complexities especially running a private terminal where we need to operate and manage end-to-end operations of this part of the business, we need a system that can support us to do so. OPUS at least had given us better visibilities and control of our daily operations in real-time; this is a significant improvement from our current manual process. ### 4.
