Opus is a vital tool for our facility that we use on a daily basis. It is easy to train staff on it and the ability to customize the forms to my facility needs is exceptional! Their team is always ready to help and complete all tasks within hours of request. I have had direct communication with Rodrigo, Hanz and their CEO Humberto. The Utilization Review documentation is not great for record keeping and gets messy over time. Freezes or unresponsive at times for a few minutes. Happens about once a month to every other month. I was receiving notifications about unfinished documents and was unable to see where the issue occurred. I contacted OPUS support using the chat feature and was able to speak with someone within a few seconds. The agent, Justine, was most helpful and got the error messages cleared.
