Opus is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. I especially love the customer support and how quickly they respond, and continue to respond even after you've subitted a request. I cannot wait to see the integrated CRM feature that we've been testing as well. The willingness to be open to feedback to help support our company to help people the fastest as we can is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Opus? I wish that when I pulled up the schedule I didn't have to pick someone in order for it to not take too long to refresh. Meaning, if I do not pick a staff member it just automatically loads every staff memeber and makes the screen lag/buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Opus solving and how is that benefiting you? The telehealth link was not sending or attaching when making a telehealth appointment. What problems is Opus solving and how is that benefiting you? There have been limited issues with billing which is important to keep the doors open. I can only say that we meet with rep's from Opus weekly, and they prioritize whatever problems we experience and they are resolved quickly. Again, my experience with other EHR's is very different. It seems with other EHR's once you sign on, support is really hard to come by. Opus is very responsive and as an administrator this makes my life much less complicated. Our OPUS installation is a relatively friendly electronic health record that more than meets our needs. That is, there are a number of features that we do not use now, but might appreciate in the future. I'm writing this review to credit the OPUS Help Desk. They picked up my call in three rings. The support person was welcoming and attentive. He recognized my (several) questions about how to use certain features, even though I probably wasn't very succinct. He was able and willing to guide me in making changes to settings so that OPUS met my needs better. I didn't have authorization to change a couple of settings, but he explained the authorization tiers to me and gave me the name of the person at my work site who could make those changes. It was an 8-10 minute phone call. I went back to work, encountered another question, and called him back. Again, he was quick to answer and welcomed my calling back with that follow-up question. All-in-all, it was an excellent exchange with a product help desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Opus? For a small business, OPUS might feel expensive. The organization is required to have an EHR. OPUS suits our needs without being excessivly complicated or expensive. Great customer service" 5/5 What do you like best about Opus? The easy of function is pretty great. Like anything there are areas that could use improvment but overall the program works well for the behavioral health field and I have enjoyed many of the features such as recurring documents requests which makes it easy to regularly send out assessments and other documents without having to manually send them. The integration of Microsoft Teams is pretty incredible too. No more having to use two separate systems to conduct telehealth meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Opus? There are some glitches such as lack of access to Teams links or errors when adding client's to a scheulde. But they are always corrected in a timely manner.
