What do you like best about Optum Advisory Services?

My main use for Optum Rx was obtaining prior authorization details for providers. I love the ease of the system, and from the employers who helped me a lot whenever I had some trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optum Advisory Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits of handling electronic prior authorizations or ePA, is that it cuts out the middle man, and allows a quick response to patient care Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would check and confirm Prescription eligible participants coverage available or not. Most of time it was not updated whatsoever reason. Within 24hrs they update that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
