I found the setup process to be complex and time-consuming, requiring a significant allocation of ten months to implement fully. We used EY and I don't think we got a very good implementation that allowed us to leverage the strength of the tool. I expected using them would get us far ahead, but now one year in, we have to go back and try to retro fit more user requirements / requests in a common sense way. AuditBoard's (AB) ops audit allows the team to easily create controls and leverage templates to efficiently and effectively plan and execute our audits.
