As long as teams have a IT-oriented person on the team to handle administrative functions, all audit teams will be happy to use this software. **What do you dislike about Optro?** Some of the dashboarding functions that utilize Power BI have been a challenge to get to a state that we are looking for. The functionality is there, but sometimes the fields needed are not available (until a ticket is put in) or the fields do not play well together (ex. drop down values in a questionnaire do not pull in nicely. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workflow functionality and audit file organization has been great. Being able to easily connect our audit requests to the business users has been a great boon. Permissions are very complicated **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use AuditBoard for SOX testing and it has benefited us by having 1 source of truth for all of our SOX needs. ### 40. The user experience and constant improvements make the software approachable yet refreshing. **What do you dislike about Optro?** There are times when new feature rollouts are not "all the way there yet". For example, the "Annotate" feature is a great step to streamlining the tickmarks and housing them in AuditBoard. However, this feature does not yet work for Excel files. Our audit function's IT group can use this for PDFs of tickets, etc. but the assurance side sees Excel formats as evidence. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard stores and makes our audit universe/function easy to maintain. We can inventory all of our risks, issues, test steps, templates, reports, and more using different AuditBoard capabilities. ### 48.
