It's also tedious to sign off on steps, add documents, and populate issues and Management Action Plans. Sync and editing documents online sometimes get lost. I find that there are multiple ways to get to the same place, which can be confusing and take quite a while to get used to compared to Wdesk. I also dislike that some of the default functionality cannot be customized, such as the automatic sample numbering within the SOX hub module for sample matrices/tables across T0, T1, T2, and so on. My team prefers to continue numbering across the test phases, which isn't possible in AuditBoard. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't see any problems that AuditBoard is solving that benefit me. We were an early adopter of SOXHUB, so we have been using role based permissions and are in the process of converting to teams based permissions. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard is helping to serve as a central repository for documents, inventories, controls and risks under the same umbrella, allowing for different areas of the enterprise to collaborate together and have greater visibility into our GRC environment. ### 37.
