
OpTonal is incredibly precise with it's output. There are several different types of outputs you can get from calls by setting up prompts that automatically provide information. For our team, OpTonal helps with call follow ups, detailed action items, and automatic updates to specific objects in Salesforce. Beyond that, the OpTonal team is incredibly responsive and open to our use cases. OpTonal was also very easy to integrate into our systems and quick to implement.
