OptiTask is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) built for institutions that manage many spaces, equipment and people: sports clubs, hotels, industrial plants, clinics, offices and buildings. Anyone can report an issue by scanning a QR code on any area or asset, with photos, audio or text. The maintenance team receives the ticket, assigns it, resolves it and keeps a full history. Preventive maintenance is scheduled automatically, assets have technical sheets and intervention logs, and digital checklists replace paper forms for cleaning, inspections and safety rounds. Reports show response times, workload by area and cost per intervention. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with no per-user charges. Implementation, data loading and staff training are included at no cost, with a free first month and no minimum term. Data is always exportable. OptiTask is used by the Club de Golf del Uruguay, Club Biguá, Fábrica Nacional de Cervezas, Yacht Club Uruguayo and other institutions
