The feature for creating your own asset can feel a bit clunky at times. For instance, when I increase the size of a text box, it seems to treat the text like an image, so the text can end up stretched. I also find it difficult to format text so it sits neatly across multiple lines.

It has been affordable and yet flexible enough to meet our needs. We're a visitors center with interpretive exhibits, we are transitioning to OptiSigns because it's got an interface we can figure out, and multiple users within our facility are able to have accounts to control, update, and change what we are showing throughout the facility.

The biggest frustration for me has honestly been the hardware side. OptiSigns has one dedicated hardware option, but it's only offered in white, which does not always fit the aesthetic of a space.
