The feature for creating your own asset can feel a bit clunky at times. For instance, when I increase the size of a text box, it seems to treat the text like an image, so the text can end up stretched. I also find it difficult to format text so it sits neatly across multiple lines.

The biggest frustration for me has honestly been the hardware side. OptiSigns has one dedicated hardware option, but it's only offered in white, which does not always fit the aesthetic of a space. Because of that, I ended up using third party display hardware from overseas manufacturers, and those setups can be a bit finicky and inconsistent. To be fair, that is not really OptiSigns’ fault, but there are only so many ways to run digital signage software without connecting a screen to some type of external player or computer. My only suggestion would be on the billing side. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create sub-accounts so we could bill departments separately.
