What do you like best about OptiSigns?

I like the ease of use and the app integrations. Our previous vendor didn't have these available and it's opened up new avenues for our in-branch signage and marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

I wish the builder had a feature to include video-style editing as Canva does. Our messaging is often set up like a commercial would be, with scenes, and the static-only builder within OptiSigns won't cut it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns is very easy to navigate. You can easily go back and forth between many different signage locations, they allow a variety of different document types, and multiple users can easily access each account. It is much more seamless than our previous system! We are a large manufacturing facility with many forms of virtual signage so between HR, Safety, IT, etc, we all are able to easily display our own unique content in one place. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

I wish I had more access to editing the view/dimensions of each slide, but other than that, it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If the slideshow doesn’t fill the screen, you can apply Fit / Stretch / Zoom by adding the slideshow/ assets to a Playlist, setting the Playlist’s display option, and then assigning that playlist to your screen or schedule. What do you like best about OptiSigns?

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

The most helpful thing is how simple and easy it is to manage and navigate digital screens and advertisement. The upsides are how many options I have to customize as well as the ease it using it anywhere, whether it be remote or i the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I genuinely have a dislike with Optisign. Maybe a feature to customize the color or background of the website itself for me to have my own preference of eye comfort display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptiSigns?

Simple to use product with a wide range of supported devices. Low starting prices and easy to use, even on the basic configuration and payment tier, with a high level of available integrations. Updating playlists is almost instant. Web GUI performance is better than I’m used to with public displays. There’s also a wide range of how-tos available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could use more built-in templates and better logs for troubleshooting. Also, on an internally hosted website for testing, it never worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
