I like how organized you can be on Optisigns. I have hundreds of TVs, and I can easily get to each one I need and edit them as I need. I like that you can upload or design on the software. I like the add-ons, like weather, time, and news. Once you get started and have everything set up, it is easy to maintain and edit. The price is great. It works well with our Samsung televisions; however, I don’t love that it sometimes loses its connection to the app and switches back to the Samsung Home Screen. OptiSigns has made it very simple to manage multiple screens in our retail store. It's easy to upload new assets and assign them to specific screens, and unique functionality such as their Kiosk application really simplifies what could otherwise be a much more complicated implementation.
