Very easy to use. Our plant is large so we have to purchase many dongles. They are easy to set up and deploy. Currently we have about a dozen or so dongles displaying 1 of 3 playlists. These play lists are very easy to setup. The information we provide on these screens is used quite often. Adding a new device to our network is very easy. We were able to implement them simply by plugging them in and they worked right away. When you update a playlist, it restarts from the beginning and the changes are applied instantly in real time. There are numerous options available for developers, and many of these features have been made user-friendly. Additionally, customer support has been extremely helpful and responds quickly. We use it in all of our buildings and multiple rooms which we run all the time. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The connection with SharePoint was honestly just disappointing. OptiSigns isn't able to reach our sharepoint site. Which caused a lot of problems to get the news feed from there into a playlist which eventually led to a work around. These were to be setup in various locations throughout our event and present short videos, event schedule updates and static images depending on the time and location. We were able to do this with very cheap 55" screens and stands and have them centrally managed through the cloud interface. Since the files were pushed to the Opti Sign device connected to the HDMI port on each screen, it was a one-time download and then no real bandwidth (we could have preloaded the files onto the devices if we needed). Playing the media, updating the media and scheduling the media were all really easy and our marketing team was able to update media without support from the IT team. The cost was far less than other solutions we looked for. We were able to activate the devices for the month and will reactivate them as needed for future events. We were able to replace our vinal popup signs at a fraction of the long term cost. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The only issue I had was I needed to get the conference location to provide a connection that was SSID/password combination without web splash login screen for the devices to work. While we previously had to manually update slideshows on location at multiple monitors, we can now update all our monitors in a matter of minutes, and we do it all remotely from a single workstation. Being able to schedule content eliminates the need to worry about outdated information being shared. And the templates save our designers time from coming up with creative and engaging content. Customer support has also been useful and helped us troubleshoot and resolve issues with older monitors. Best of all, it only took us one day to get everything set up. I only wish we discovered it sooner! **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** Some parts of the interface, like scheduling, take a little bit of a learning curve. But once you get the hang of it, everything becomes very simple. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several monitors displaying information to visitors in our buildings. Before OptiSigns, we had to update the information on each monitor individually, at each location. This was tedious and time consuming, so we limited the number of times we would update them. Now, with OptiSigns, updates happen quickly and instantly, and all from one workstation. I like that I didn't have to purchase any additional hardware it works well with our Roku Smart TVs, much better than the program we were using before that would time out and freeze multiple times a day. It was easy to set up it only took a few minutes to set up each TV. OptiSigns has been running continuously on one of our TVs for the last 3 weeks without ever timing out or needing to be restarted! **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** It would be nice if the subscription plans were a little more customizable. Thankfully it is widespread enough that multiple user groups and online forums exist. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a non profit organization with a couple of thousand members and a public presence in the community providing recreation and training to non members. We needed a way to display our calendar of events along with information about ongoing club actities and opportunities. These activities are managed by over 20 individuals and assistants.
