It's how easy we can create new, add, remove and change messaging that allows us to do it frequently, even daily, that keeps employees engaged with the messaging board. That's it's whole purpose. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** There were members of my team that were less tech savvy and they were intimidated by the systems "rabbit trails" as I called them. For example the playlist within the asset, to then add the asset to a playlist. However, training those who were intimidated on the how to do it, providing step instructions gave them the confidence to dig in. We could utilize playlist features to create looping videos that were different on different screens. It was easy to utilize the design features (set up similarly to Canva or other design options). Pushing the content to screens and setting up new screens were all very easy. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** Navigating the engage/kiosk features at first was a bit clunky. Customer service was very responsive to help when I ran into a few issues or needed assistance with issues (like how to link engage screens to my kiosk home page). Ultimately, we could not get the kiosk to work on the rented touch screens for the event, but the AV supplier took ownership of that, so I would useOptisigns again. It would have made the experience MUCH easier if I had been on site with these screens in advance to test. Overall, I would use it again, and the learning curve wasn't very time-consuming, especially if you were using it more for display than touch screen features. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a tradeshow, we wanted to set up kiosk stations that displayed scrolling videos when people were not using them but allowed users to tap the screen and engage with more personalized content. This would allow our limited staff to have a "holding place" for people to engage with the platform while waiting to speak to our team. ### 6. We are able to send out updates on over 10 monitors as needed very quickly. We can update our monitors as offten or we would like sometimes it multiple times per day. Having built in templates has also been a help to us. We tend to display messages and the weather at the same time. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. With having Canva experience, it was a very easy transition to creating templates. I've used expiring slides for holidays or temporarily assigning alternative playlists. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** There was very little instruction about creating/ linking new screens. We created a placeholder screen that I could not link to a new devise. Had to delete & start fresh. The flow is very confusig at first. Learning that a template becomes a file. A file goes into a play list. A playlist feeds into a split screen. A splitscreen asset is assigned to a screen. Theres still some glitches, I can not get .mp3 file to play in the background. After some messing around you can definitely get the hang of it, but I feel like it could be made a bit easier to get the hang of. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an issue with dynamic digital signage that allows for scheduling based on holidays, importating events, guests visiting, and so on. We had previously tried a different method that had been a nightmare to use. Once we found Optisigns, it was like a breath of fresh air. We were able to use existing televisions and the hardware requirement was not steep. We used Firesticks to load the software to our TV displays and then got to making our directories, monthly ads, menus, and more. We were amazed at how versatile the software was and how well it integrates with other software (like Google, Facebook, and YouTube). Optisigns has been perfect for our company and our patients have really benefited from the nice new displays. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The tutorials to get started were fine, but not the best that I have seen.
