On my old system I could duplicate a day, and it would overwrite the days it's being copied to. I unfortunately assumed the same operation and it created a mess on the days with duplicate events. It is very user friendly from basic to some advanced features and even the more complex and advanced features are simple to learn and implement with minimal learning effort. There are of built-in templates, graphics, and effects and even more options for importing (and quickly/easily) displaying content made in other applications. We are able to incorporate videos, QR codes, and live social media widgets by just dragging and dropping. Very easy to create timed full-screen slideshows/rotating signs and schedules for time sensitive menus/content. Remote editing and updating is crucial to our business and Optisigns does it from any device with internet connection and we have never had an issue the server being down. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The text editor can be wonky - the font size often does not scale properly with its bounding box. The screens are on all 7 days of the week, 24 hours a day. The variety of features is great - you can add your own presentation, the news, weather, announcements, all sorts! Integrating it into the system is also very easy and the allowance for multiple screens at a time is very handy. We recently bought a restaurant that was already using OptiSigns. We had some issues switching the account over, but the support team was very responsive and so helpful! They were able to figure it all out in a matter of minutes. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** I can’t say that we have any dislikes about OptiSigns. So far everything has been so positive! **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We only had a problem in the beginning because we bought a restaurant that was already using OptiSigns. We want to make sure we could use all the content that was already uploaded to OptiSigns. You don't have to take any complex trainings or read long articles to figure it out. I love the easy upload, click and drag process. I use it almost daily. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The only downside has been that it took me a little while to figure out how to delete the content I uploaded. Otherwise, it's very easy to use. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in a manufacturing facility, and internal communications can be a challenge. With this, implementation is simple to get started. Their customer support has been excellent with quick response to any questions. Plus, they have a very extensive knowledgebase to make it easier to get all things integrated. **What do you dislike about OptiSigns?** The only issue I would note is that you cannot have multiple levels of subscriptions for different displays. It would be nice to use a less expensive subscription for some displays that aren't doing anything that would require the more advanced features. **What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used their system to provide centralized management of our customer facing displays for our showrooms and sales counters.
