  ### 1. Affordable, Flexible Digital Signage That’s Easy for Our Team to Manage

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

It has been affordable and yet flexible enough to meet our needs. We're a visitors center with interpretive exhibits, we are transitioning to OptiSigns because it's got an interface we can figure out, and multiple users within our facility are able to have accounts to control, update, and change what we are showing throughout the facility.

As of now we are able to stream from our YouTube channel, able to show videos on our video wall, and share content from facility partners. It has been reliable and with help we are figuring out the features to most effectively use it to make the staff and visitor experience better.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Some of the processes are not super intuitive, but the support is there to work you through it. Terminology seems a bit confusing, but that also could be because we are not familiar with terms of art in the digital signage industry. 

The scheduling feature in concept looks great, but we still haven't managed to get it to work. Fortunately it's not a game changer, but we would love to get it working.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to easily change what is showing in our exhibits to make things relevant to current events in our community. 

Unlike the not so bright system that has been in place for many years, we can log into the interface and add assets, we can monitor what they are showing remotely, and are hoping to be able to set up scheduled playlists and scheduled slides. We have faith we will get there, and we can offer a better experience for the visitors and less frustration for the staff who curate content for the screens in our exhibits. as of now we are considering updating all of our screen content from the previous small blue boxes to OptiSigns simply for being able to monitor and update from a desk rather than having to go to an exhibit and dismantle things to be able to start a diagnostic and repair, or an update.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I like how easy OptiSigns is to use and manage remotely. Setting up screens, scheduling content, and updating displays is straightforward, even across multiple locations. The Canva integration and playlist scheduling make it simple to keep content fresh and organized. It’s been reliable, flexible, and a great value compared to more complicated signage platforms.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The biggest frustration for me has honestly been the hardware side. OptiSigns has one dedicated hardware option, but it's only offered in white, which does not always fit the aesthetic of a space. Because of that, I ended up using third party display hardware from overseas manufacturers, and those setups can be a bit finicky and inconsistent. To be fair, that is not really OptiSigns’ fault, but there are only so many ways to run digital signage software without connecting a screen to some type of external player or computer.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiSigns helps us keep communication throughout the club organized, dynamic, and easy to update in real time. Instead of printing flyers or manually changing signage, we can instantly rotate schedules, events, promotions, announcements, and social content across multiple screens. It creates a much more polished and professional atmosphere while also helping members stay informed about what is happening throughout the day. The ability to manage everything remotely and schedule content in advance saves a significant amount of time operationally.

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy and reliable the platform is. As a design studio, I was looking for a system I could confidently implement for my client, Elevate SKN, and OptiSigns delivered. It’s very user-friendly, making it simple to manage and update screens remotely without any hassle. The interface is intuitive, and everything runs smoothly, which saves a lot of time. For example, my client asked me today to remove their grand opening promo from the screen, and I was able to make the change in minutes—no delays, no complications.

I wish OptiSigns offered better support and clearer guidelines for video assets, especially around sizing and formatting to ensure optimal display.

For me, it provides a reliable and flexible solution that I can implement for my clients without a complicated setup. What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy it is to use while still offering a lot of flexibility. The platform makes it simple to upload content, schedule displays, and manage multiple screens without needing a lot of technical experience. The most helpful thing is how fast their team is to respond and solve any issues, which makes a big difference when you need things running smoothly. Overall, the biggest upsides are its user-friendly interface, efficiency, and reliable support.

One thing I dislike about OptiSigns is that I’ve had it break or glitch at times, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to keep content running smoothly. OptiSigns is solving issues with managing and controlling digital displays, especially when something goes wrong. For me, it benefited me by fixing a TV that was frozen—they allowed me to download a virtual remote, which made it really easy to regain control and get everything working again. **What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

What I like best about OptiSigns is how easy it makes managing digital signage without constant attention. We use it to display announcements, event schedules, videos, and a live Google Calendar, which automatically keeps our screens up to date. The drag-and-drop editor and templates save time, even for non-designers, while remote management makes updates simple from anywhere. I personally create branded content in Canva, but the built-in tools are more than capable. Overall, it’s an affordable, practical solution that streamlines how we communicate across multiple screens.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The main downside is that the interface can feel a bit clunky and outdated. Navigating folders and locating uploaded content isn’t always intuitive, and tasks like organizing files or uploading to the correct location can take more time than expected. The playlist feature also has a learning curve and isn’t as straightforward as it could be. While the platform is powerful and gets the job done, a more modern, streamlined UI/UX would make it much easier to use day-to-day.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the only staff member in Marketing and Communications, it can be challenging to consistently reach all of our audiences in a timely and engaging way. We serve students, parents, donors, volunteers, and visitors in our physical space, and each group needs quick, clear information about who we are and what we do. OptiSigns helps centralize that communication by allowing us to share real-time updates (because of the awesome integration with Google Calendars), deadlines, QR codes, event announcements, and internal highlights like staff introductions, birthdays, and new hires. It also gives us an easy way to showcase student experiences through photos from college visits, summer programs, and field trips. Overall, it helps us create a welcoming, informative environment for anyone who walks through our doors. I do not really use their AI tools but I am happy to keep learning.

The simplicity and cost-effectiveness are outstanding. Our end users can easily create and update their own content directly in the platform, eliminating the need to wait for IT to make changes in our SpinetiX system. This has saved us significant time and resources while giving teams the flexibility to keep their displays fresh and relevant in real time.
The user-friendly interface makes it accessible for non-technical staff, and the overall reliability has been excellent. Highly recommend OptiSigns for any organization looking to streamline digital signage without the usual complexity or high costs.

I honestly haven’t found any technical issues that I dislike — the platform has been reliable and user-friendly overall.
My only suggestion would be on the billing side. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create sub-accounts so we could bill departments separately. This would make cost allocation and internal management much easier for organizations with multiple departments.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiSigns is effectively solving our biggest pain point: the bottleneck of relying on IT to manage and update digital signage content.
General company-wide information as well as department-specific content is now being communicated quickly and effectively. IT has been completely removed from the process of uploading and managing user content. End users in each department can now manage and update their own displays directly, giving teams full ownership and much faster turnaround times.
This has significantly reduced IT workload, improved communication speed, and empowered departments to keep their information fresh and relevant in real time.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I find OptiSigns very easy to use, and I love that there are a lot of great templates available. These templates make it simple to just drop in information depending on what kind of announcement we need, like holiday closures or upcoming events. It's nice that some templates come with motion to make them eye-catching without extra effort. The ability to upload our own assets is fantastic as well, allowing us to add pre-made flyers to the playlist and quickly update the screen. Additionally, setting up OptiSigns was easy with the dongle that simply plugs into the TV, making it straightforward to add locations to our online profile.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

Recently, I had to try to use a hotspot Wi-Fi to upload a new playlist because the in-house Wi-Fi was malfunctioning. It takes longer without properly conveying what you are trying to do is downloading, so you're unsure that it's not working or it's not going through. I do wish that there was some way to let you know that the file is uploading so that you don't just think it's not working.

I easily update signage remotely using OptiSigns, eliminating delays and avoiding paper waste while ensuring direct communication with staff, clients, and visitors.

I like that I can organize my screens by folder, and manage permissions based on the folders. I like that they offer a variety of templates to use. The interface is user friendly. I like that I can upload my OWN images, PDFs, etc. and I Like that I can download the Optisigns app on a firestick so I can turn Any TV in the building into an OptiSigns display quickly.

I have no complaints so far with OptiSigns.

OptiSigns has allowed us to have one central software to use at every plant across the nation. We can display the same slideshow at every single plant if we wanted. I enjoy the ease of use and array of templates to use a jumping off point for creating engaging designs for my office screens. This is a great product that easily integrated with out Apple tvs and lets us share news and updates within our office space as well as create an inviting space for our customers. It's also a well priced option with unlimited ROI. We love it.

Nothing so far. Every member of the company that has used OptiSigns is pleased with our new purchase, and we are looking for different ways to use it across our teams.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

What I found helpful when starting was the templates available. Being able to use the templates as a starting point was great to get hands on experience with the system while being able to publish information out right away while also learning how to use it. The setup was a breeze and took within a few minutes to setup.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

One thing I would like to see if having the functionality of being able to assign users to specific folders/display where they are not able to access the other folders that is not needed for them to be able to see.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had many places with display that was not being utilized, having OptiSigns in place provides us with real time information that then can be shared throughout the company where those areas with display can now be used and provide information to those in that area.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I like how organized you can be on Optisigns. I have hundreds of TVs, and I can easily get to each one I need and edit them as I need. I like that you can upload or design on the software. I like the add-ons, like weather, time, and news. Once you get started and have everything set up, it is easy to maintain and edit. The price is great. We integrate this without our IT department and their guidelines. I like that you make an edit, and it takes no time to show up on the screen.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The visual view of editing on OptiSigns isn't great. The design aspects are not great. I feel like designs have to be simple, and it is easier to upload my design. The connection between Optisigns and IT breaks more than I would like.

I really enjoy how simple it is to create playlists for different visuals on the shop floor. Whether it’s basic slides or integrated web logins, it works perfectly for sharing information with the team.

Some web-based platforms, such as Power BI, require a bit of fine-tuning when it comes to applying filters to the source material. That may be more of a Power BI issue, but once everything is dialed in, the platform works great.

I used OptiSigns for two main purposes. First, I display informational slides such as safety bulletins, company news and events, and employee announcements. Second, I use it for shop-floor tools, including real-time scheduling displays and overhead dock/yard management screens for the teams working on the docks.

OptiSigns solved a big problem for me!  I am a vendor at my local America's Antique Mall and I wanted to add digital advertising to my booth. I installed a 24" Amazon fire TV which allows me to create my content at home for the sign at my vendor space. Now, shoppers can see my instagram feed and ads and announcements for my participation in local art shows and for my other photography services.  Since I am not at the store as much, this is a game changer and my sales at my booth have also increased.  The pricing is inexpensive, I have had great support and it performs flawlessly.

Nothing!  I have no complaints on the tool.

I like everything about OptiSigns. The product is well designed, the price point is perfect and the user interface is easy for our end users. We purchased three devices and are using them in City Hall, our Aquatic Center and Senior Center. End users love the performance and ease of use and our customers like the visual presented. The onboarding process is easy and I felt like there was always someone ready to answer questions.

I have zero complaints. I really liked the whole process from purchase to setup to integrating this with our current process for disseminating information.

the technology to present the same screen across 4 large devices and optimize it is pretty cool, and i like the ability remotely manage settings. however i dont think we take advantage of everything you guys have to offer, so personally i havent seen much then that.

not having an expert of the systems physically present to set it all up.  I think its a very niche system and a lot of customers buy and try to set these things up with their own environment.  The restrictions, protocols, and nuances of these systems are not easily apparent. makes it very difficult to work with.

no problems it is solving for us at this point in time. we use optisigns to advertise information to our internal employees

I like the simplicity of OptiSigns, but that it is also very detailed. It is so easy to setup and implement and now I couldn't imagine not having it at my business. I use it all day every day and easy schedule all of my screens.

Honestly, I haven’t found any real downside, except that the free version doesn’t compare to the paid version. I tried both, and the difference is pretty clear.

subscription cost, and it would be nice to have a flat fee for 10 devices, 15 devices, 20 devices.

Was previously using software from another vendor.  This product required us to take a long time sending files to each of our vertical kiosks, and required a special "play" file to be created manually and then imported into each kiosk one at a time.   With OptiSigns, we simply create the presentation, and then choose the devices that will play the presentation.   I love the fact that you presentations can be changed for vertical or horizontal modes easily.   we can customize presentations depending on the device that is installed at our branches.  Have not had to utilize customer support because the interface was extremely intuitive.   We use this product anytime that we have rate or marketing material changes, and it was super easy to get up and running.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, especially when trying to understand the differences between assets and schedules/playlists. Once we got comfortable with it, though, everything came together and started to make sense. The app’s functionality also feels somewhat limited and could use enhancements to better match the web version. When it comes to scheduling, I wish I could customize things a little more, especially for graphics that don’t follow a specific pattern.

The interface is very nice to work on. Being able to create content and playlists inside the web browser is a nice feature. As well as the schedule features, and the interconnectivity with 3rd party apps and files. Works well for our purposes.

We are still new to the software, but the only thing that seems odd to use is the schedules and when you manually push out content overriding the schedule. I am still practicing on this so it may clear up for me as I learn more. But it wasn't very clear on if I stop the content, will the screens go back to the default schedule. And to have alternate schedules running for special events without changing the main default schedules. Just a few items that aren't very clear that we are needing to figure out.

We are seeing people becoming aware of more schedules and events taking place on our campus. It is helping with creativity in our communication.

The cloud part of the Optisign is easy to use, every month I upload our town hall meeting pdf files and deploy it to all sites.
Usually, I spent about 10 minutes to do all the tasks
When we have issue, support resolved it very quickly

The Android device provided is not very reliable
The problem is with its internal clock, it needs to connect to Time server all the time to get the updates. 
Howeve,r since the network is protected it can't connect to the internet on UDP port 123, It should be able to keep its own internal time correctly all the time.
When the time is out of sync, updates will NOT be downloaded to the device

We use the display to display Town Hall presentation for and also to announce when a VIP visits a site
Provide updates to all via the Television at each sites

Optisigns has allowed my company to display many different types of information. Very easy to use. Our plant is large so we have to purchase many dongles. They are easy to set up and deploy. Currently we have about a dozen or so dongles displaying 1 of 3 playlists. These play lists are very easy to setup. The information we provide on these screens is used quite often.  Adding a new device to our network is very easy. When I have needed customer support they answered very quickly and helped me solve my problems.

With what I do with the optisigns app and dongles there is almost nothing I would change. It is very simple and easy to use and add more screens

What I like most about OptiSigns is how it manages to combine ease of use with "pro" features that you usually only find in very expensive solutions.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The basic plan seems affordable, but each additional screen, the "pro" modules (AI, kiosk, metrics), and the dedicated player end up inflating the bill; for SMEs with multiple TVs, it becomes expensive.

Additionally, some smart TVs require adapters or the OptiSigns Player to work well. If you upload heavy 4K videos or manage many screens, lag may appear, and the offline cache is quite limited.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The price scales quickly according to the number of screens and add-ons: the cost per screen and for the extra modules (AI, Kiosk, metrics) can become high for SMEs.

I love the interface - so easy to use! I also enjoy the HOST of ways I can use your product! I can schedule screens to turn off and turn on at a certain time and even schedule certain media to play in various locations at a given time. MAC application is amazing as I was able to take an old Mac Mini I had laying around and deploy it as well rather than purchasing another signage stick. Well done!

Coming from AbleSign, I'm a little upset with the sticker shock of the product. I'm not sure I can commit longterm to the tool given my budget, but truly love the MANY ways you can use it.

Being able to edit templates inside of the website and it automatically added into the display is great. I also like that I can have one device vertical and one device horizontal if I want. Also the different ways it can be displayed. I switched from another device to this one and I love it. I update it daily as new things come in. I have not used customer support yet but I know that the option is there. It is very user friendly with implementing new slides to each playlist.

I currently do not have any downsides that I have found. The one I am thinking of is maybe the tiktok app being integrated in a better way possibly.

We have 5 salons within a 20 mile radius in the UK and Optisigns allows me to control what appears on the marketing screens in each salon. I personalise each screen for each particular location and team members. I personally use PowerPoint for the presentation build, save as an MP4 and upload from Head Office.

The interface is easy to use and straight forward. I am technologically minded but I think the drag and drop interface makes it suitable for most users. 

I had some issues with loading the app onto one screen. I contacted support and although not in my timezone, they were patient and worked with me until I could get the issue resolved. Very good service from them,

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I don’t particularly like being restricted by file size limits, but I understand why there has to be a cap. I now work with the file size in mind.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to work remotely on each location is everything for me. Driving between sites would be a waste of time and even then arriving at a site to find there is an error, would be frustrating. Using OptiSign I make the changes I need, check personally they have worked and then ask staff members to check thoroughly too.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

Once you have your slide/ad formatted properly, it's very easy to manage the screencasting.  I also like that you can control the duration of each slide individually.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

They do not have many sports-themed templates, and since I work for a country club it has forced me to create my own slides from scratch.  I wish I could use the templates more because it would save time.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping by getting specific information to targeted groups.  For example, we are using it in our locker rooms so many of the slides are specific to events for that gender (i.e. golf tournaments).

I enjoy the ease of uploading files for display, especially as we have an ever changing menu in our cafe.  Customer Support is quick and helpful when I do happen to have any issues, which has been only once since we began using OptiSigns. The display is bright and clear.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

It may be my screens and not OptiSigns, but I have to upload my files upside down for them to display right side up on my screen, this is not necessarily OptiSigns, my screens may have been installed wrong.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently they have redesigned the website and it is much easier to view and make changes to uploaded files. It used to be very difficult to enter the ‘edit’ screen for a file to change it’s file name, etc. but now it is bright, clearly visible and easy to click buttons.

Very user friendly and easy to use, we were able to integrate our reporting software into it.  When we had our onboarding call, the team member was very helpful and gave us some tips to utilize it better.  So far the performance of it has been top tear.  the pricing is a little high for my liking but it was the most reasonably priced in comparison to other companies.

The price per item is a little high, it does have some limitations on what it can show on the screen or how the screen can be formatted but overall a good system

I use OptiSigns nearly every day in my HR role. It’s a key way for me and the company to communicate and connect with the rest of the teams around the site. It’s how we share updates and insights to the business, and I’ve always received amazing feedback saying that having this feature is really helpful. Once you’re used to the system, it’s easy to use, and it’s one of the few systems I’ve never been frustrated with.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I think beginners to the system might struggle at first, because from the front it looks technical. However, it’s actually very simple. Within a day I got used to it, so I don’t really see any downsides with OptiSigns.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has really helped me keep our 400+ employees in the loop about what’s happening in the business. We run a lot of events that used to go unnoticed before using OptiSigns, but now that we have these set up around our site, employee interest has gone up. I would 100% recommend using OptiSigns if you struggle to reach every employee—for example, if they’re on the shop floor and don’t usually check their emails. This way, employees can see the information around them as they work, and it’s been so useful.

We have recently transitioned to OptiSigns from another digital signage provider. The support we have received is amazing. They have given us hands on training to help us transition easier. The platform itself is very similar to Canva so slides are simple to create, there are a wide range of applications you can easily embed in your digital signs and the physical setup on the screens we use is very simple.

The Split Screen option for the screens is wonderful, I just wish it wasn't hidden inside of the Apps.

OptiSigns is extremely easy to set up, from plugging it into the TV to pairing it and configuring the screens for digital signage. The adapters are very cost-effective compared with some competitors. Creating templates and playlists, and using assets, is seamless through their site.

The schedule creation feature saves a lot of time with being able to setup specific screens to turn on or off at specific times and days.  This allows us to mirror screens with our business hours of operation.

The depth of the OptiSigns app also makes it easy to make updates on the fly when access to a computer isn’t possible. I was genuinely surprised by how capable the app is, especially for making quick, on-the-spot changes.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

So far, I haven’t encountered any issues, and I haven’t come across any features that I dislike.

The benefits of having digital signage are immense. Being able to update our food and beverage menus whenever needed has made a big difference. Since our business uses seasonal menus, the ability to build templates and refresh them as needed has saved us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I like the web interface and the ability to use "outside" apps for a majority of the work. Being able to use PowerPoint gets screens up and running fast so implementation is quick, along with the many premade templates (weather forecast being at the top). There is a still a lot to learn but all the tools and more are there. And we are not using the top-tier package. I have had a few operational issues but their customer support hits it out of the ball park. Easy to understand and very patient. Our plan is to use this everyday--we will have 7 screens set up with 3 different messages (2 public, 4 in house, 1 for testing new screens). We use the $80 module found on Amazon and it works wirelessly with any of our TVs that have HDMI. A very cool feature is that we have a powerpoint stored on our server. Anyone that we give access to can update it without having admin rights on the web app

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

The web interface is a bit confusing. That would use a lot of cleaning up! For a newbie, it is still hard to get around (but I do have our 3 segments up and running),

We are in need of more embed coding for the applications we use (this isn't on Optisigns). This will bring more information into our signage with out having to update screens manually. There is a lot to learn and having clearer instruction would be great.

Optisign is great for cloud uploading. I really like that we can set up a device and then manage everything else online. The user interface is also very simple, which makes it easy for just about anyone to use. Inviting multiple people is straightforward too—whether that’s by setting a temporary password for them or simply sending an invite link, it’s a neat and convenient option. i also really like the amount of templates we can use, theres lots of customization and features.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I didn’t like how we were kind of misled about the product. We wanted to mirror the same content on TVs that are far apart, and we were told the Pro Player would be the best option for that since it can handle up to three screens. What we weren’t told was that, to actually use the other two screens, we would need to purchase another subscription called the Video Wall. That feels strange, because we already purchased the Pro Player with three HDMI ports included, yet we can’t use them without an additional subscription on top of the subscription we’re already paying per device. i even asked for a trial to see if the video wall would allow us to use the other two ports and it still did not work.  luckily we were able to use an HDMI splitter to bypass the video wall subscription or else we probably would've returned it.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optisign support has been really helpful. We asked for a refund after an accidental purchase, and they processed it with no problem. We also requested a trial when one wasn’t available, and they were able to provide one without any issues.

Optisign also seems to be continuing to improve. One example is adding AI features that let people create and generate their own content.

We use our Optisigns in multiple areas throughout our building, and they run 24/7 without any issues so far.

If you have a lot of organizations like we do, It can be tough to differentiated between them, because everything is laid out the same, and the only indicatrix you're in a different org is dome text in the top right corner

I wouldn’t say we had a problem, necessarily. We already knew it was impractical to send media packages all across the country, so using a remote management system was the obvious choice. I’m not entirely sure why we picked Opti Signs specifically, though—that decision was made well before I arrived.

OptiSigns is most helpful for how quick and flexible it is to update content across multiple screens. We can make changes centrally and push them live almost instantly, which is ideal for promotions, seasonal messaging and last minute updates. The layout options are simple to use, scheduling is straightforward and it saves a lot of time compared to manually updating screens in branch. Overall it keeps our in store comms consistent and up to date with very little effort.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

There can be a slight learning curve when first setting everything up, especially when exploring more advanced features, but once you’re familiar with the platform it’s very straightforward to use.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiSigns solves the problem of having to manually update content at each individual branch. With six branches, some with multiple screens, being able to manage everything centrally saves a huge amount of time and reduces the risk of outdated or inconsistent messaging. It allows us to roll out promotions and updates quickly and ensures all branches are showing the correct content at the same time.

OptiSigns is very easy to navigate. You can easily go back and forth between many different signage locations, they allow a variety of different document types, and multiple users can easily access each account. It is much more seamless than our previous system! We are a large manufacturing facility with many forms of virtual signage so between HR, Safety, IT, etc, we all are able to easily display our own unique content in one place.

I wish I had more access to editing the view/dimensions of each slide, but other than that, it's great!

OptiSigns helps solve the school problem of inefficient and inconsistent communication within the school building.

Without a centralized digital signage system, important information is often missed, shared inconsistently, or requires repeated emails and announcements that interrupt instruction. OptiSigns provides a single, reliable platform to quickly distribute real-time updates, reminders, and visuals in our front office for all those who enter to see.

**What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure our employees always have access to the latest bulletin used to be a challenge, especially when I had to use AirPlay from my photos to the office Apple TV. Now, I can handle everything directly from my computer, and the bulletin is sent straight to our TV, which has made the process much easier.

If the slideshow doesn’t fill the screen, you can apply Fit / Stretch / Zoom by adding the slideshow/ assets to a Playlist, setting the Playlist’s display option, and then assigning that playlist to your screen or schedule. **What do you like best about OptiSigns?**

The most helpful thing is how simple and easy it is to manage and navigate digital screens and advertisement. The upsides are how many options I have to customize as well as the ease it using it anywhere, whether it be remote or i the office.

**What do you dislike about OptiSigns?**

I wouldn't say I genuinely have a dislike with Optisign. Maybe a feature to customize the color or background of the website itself for me to have my own preference of eye comfort display.

**What problems is OptiSigns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the need to be able to create content for advertising in a unique and efficient way.
