Most shipping software assumes your freight runs through one system. Real enterprises don't work that way. Parcels go out from dozens of locations, each with their own habits, and the routing guide that took months to create sits in a drawer. OptiPost closes that gap. It digitizes your routing-guide decisions and enforces them automatically at the point of shipment, so the right carrier and service get chosen every time without asking a person to remember the rules. The result is the control you can measure. Finance sees parcel spend it could never see before, coded to the right GL and cost center in real time. Procurement gets the data to win the next carrier RFP. Operations keep shipping without slowing down. And the 20% of spend that used to hide outside the TMS finally shows where you can manage it.
