The customer service is great. They are quick to respond and can resolve any issues that occur. They took a suggestion I had and incorporated it into an update. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The reporting functions are exactly what I need for various tasks.

I have not had any dislikes. As I mentioned, they incorporated a suggestion I had into an update. Seems to have everything from an accounting or finance role or function.

We needed an equity tracking and reporting application. This was perfect for us. Easy to upload prior information or big batches of data. Has everything we need from a disclosure and reporting requirement as an SEC registrant.

We have been using OptionTrax and InvestmenTrax for over 7 years now. The rollout went smoothly and effortlessly on our part. My company has done its best to find creative ways to stump the software but has yet to do it. As a pre-public company, we have standard and non-standard option grants, ISOs & NQSOs, RSU's and RSUs + Options with double triggers. The support level from the beginning of the relationship to this very day has never faltered, changed or wavered. if I ask for help - it is quickly received, including a person-to-person phone call and screen share if needed. The team at Plan Management are professional and dedicated but also warm and welcoming. The system automatically calculates the 100K rule split between ISO/NQSO; handles termination calculations, including acceleration perfectly. Exercising options is a piece of cake. The participant portal has improved in appearance and functionality over the years and our employees love it. The added feature of uploading your own grant notice templates was a dream come true -- we have 20+ different templates!

Honestly, there are no aspects of the software that I dislike. There is one minor "statement" reporting thing with share totals that I don't think is as intuitive as everything else, having to do with performance grant shares returning to the pool, but other than that - I have nothing. Any upgrades, changes, or modifications have been dealt with, usually before I could think to ask.

Test drive it, try to break it, talk to current users. I don't think you can go wrong by going with Plan Management and their OptionTrax and InvestmenTrax platforms. Very affordable and scalable.

No problem - just benefits. Managing our robust option plan and cap table was a nightmare before OptionTrax and now it is a piece of cake. Without it, I wouldn't be able to do the many other things on my plate.

I like that i can track the equity awards and value them in one system. I like that optiontrax is there to help with more complex transactions.

I wouldn't say I like the generic email address to submit questions to.

At my previous company, they helped with a change in pricing and vesting.

What I really best about Option Trax is the immediate response from customer service. I found myself in a place where I had not used the tool in a while, and needed a refresher - I emailed the help desk and within 5 minutes I received a call back! We are a small company, but I can tell that this is simply how Option Trax operates.

Option Trax is providing a solution to my US clients whereby they can view their equity holdings in one easy to navigate portal.

I value the customer service and their timely feedback. Their staff is very knowledgeable and have helped me with numerous reporting questions.

I find that it is sometimes hard to find the reports that I need on a regular basis. For example, if I generate a report in one month and then try to search for that same report in a later month there is no useful report name. I have tried to search for reports in the search bar and the report names are not always consistent.

We previously utilized an excel-based, internally-developed model. This model was subject to error and overall issues with model integrity. OptionTrax allows us apply amortization methods and know that our assumptions are being applied consistently across our various equity compensation agreements.

Participant statements. Is there another way to clean them up or make them easier to mail? I am not able to print them out in portrait mode, only landscape.

Keeping track of participant options, the timelines of each grant, and being able to update participants with questions they have very easily. Also the support response is fairly quick as well.

I had direct & very timely access to a seasoned CEP / MBA (Elena Thomas) via a call and e-mails to assist with very detailed equity nuances that set the stage for related technical accounting. That was invaluable and greatly appreciated. The competitor's approach was to provide an article that did not even address the main issue, much less provide a mechanism for nuanced follow-up questions.

I have not used the OptionTrax platform myself, so I am not in a position to add meaningful feedback. Our legal department manages the activity on OptionTrax. My feedback is based on the customer service support that pertained to equity comp nuances as they relate to technical accounting.

Unless you are an expert in equity compensation yourself, I highly recommend OptionTrax since they provide timely access to seasoned Certified Equity Professionals that can assist with technical questions that inevitably come up.

The cap table has become unwieldy and the equity instruments more complex. OptionTrax is providing the backbone of equity compensation organization and related data management. Where they set themselves apart from their competition is their live customer service wherein they field questions &. provide general guidance on equity compensation matters. This is so crucial for most customers who are not experts themselves in technical aspects of equity compensation. The topic that Elena helped with was the consequences and mechanics of conversion from ISO to RSA.

As a startup, we had accounting for our stock programs on spreadsheets since our inception. Like so many, after 4 years, we found that our plans had grown in size and complexity. So that, our spreadsheet-based option was no longer viable.

In our search for the right solution for us. We found that many of the market providers took a one size fits all approach, trying to bundled features that we did not need. OptionTrax offered us both the features we needed today and the ability to grow and add features. Making the decision to switch both affordable and providing comfort that our future needs can also be met.

We found the software to be very well structured and easy to implement. We found the implementation team to be very knowledgeable and supportive during our transition and continue to receive great support from the operations team. As a small team, we are very grateful for the hours they spent making our transition seamless.

In the beginning, we found that the menu structure of the software is not that easy to navigate. We do continue to become more comfortable and learn additional tips and tricks.

We have seen a reduction in the time needed for plan management. We have improved data management and our comfort with the accuracy and completeness of our data.
