As per the title, there's a reason so much of the iGaming industry uses Optimove as their CRM platform of choice. If you feed the data in to it, Optimove's system can offer a world class granular, segmentation recommendation. My biggest gripe about Optimove is the over reliance on "Uplift" for reporting purposes. Whilst I agree that using a comparative performance calculation against a Control group is a good way of measuring how a campaign performs, sometimes it is important to easily see the raw data for a campaign.

For example, if you're running 20 granular campaigns targeting 1-time-depositors, it would be good to easily export total deposit amounts across all campaigns over a set period. At present you can see the depositor count and uplift per campaign, but to get total deposits, you'll need to manually access and count each campaign.
