**What do you like best about Optimove?**

Besides being able to create dynamic target groups, track key CRM metrics seamlessly, and use tools like Optibot to help optimize our campaigns, my favorite part of Optimove is our Customer Success Team Lead. Any time we have questions or run into issues, he’s always readily available to assist. The product offers a lot of features, more than could be mastered in a short training session, so having a dedicated lead who supports us with day-to-day challenges is both comforting and greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

I don’t like that there’s no “proof” view for push notifications, or that I can’t make campaign copies and move them between different products or brands. I also wish the batch data process were a lot cleaner. We often run into issues with daily data loads that prevent certain campaigns from sending, which forces me to use the “always send” option most of the time.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimove has helped acheive our goals of more marketing automation with their Optistart program. We have laughed a handful of tigger and transactional emails to help keep our players engaged with the platform.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

I really like Optimove's segmentation abilities, they are really good. The user interface is also easy to use, making it straightforward to handle CRM campaigns. Additionally, I appreciate that our Customer Success Manager is very professional and provides a lot of help. Compared to the previous product, Ongage, Optimove's abilities are way superior.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

Adding new data points can be improved, especially since adding attributes is a hard process. It has to be done with a form, and the BI team needs to do the work, which should be way easier and smoother. Also, the initial setup of Optimove wasn't that easy; the rollout can be smoother.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Optimove for CRM campaigns, improving retention and reactivation.

I have been using Optimove’s services daily for a while now, and I’m impressed with what they offer. I'm a daily Optimove user and what I appreciate most about Optimove is the extensive ecosystem it offers. Nearly all the features I require are already built in, so I rarely need to rely on third-party integrations, and setup is straightforward. Additionally, the platform is highly intuitive, and I have consistently found the Optimove team to be very supportive.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

Before using Optimove, our tasks required hours of manual work, with a huge margin for error — and, needless to say, errors did happen. Optimove changed everything. It’s intuitive, streamlined our processes, and even provided solutions to problems we didn’t know existed. It has saved us time, improved accuracy, and made our work far more efficient and is now a part of our daily routine.

And of course, a big shout-out to Harry — a true Optimove wizard with limitless patience and support — for guiding us through the journey of unlocking our potential through Optimove.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

So far, there’s very little I dislike about Optimove. Given how intuitive it is in most areas, I expected it to include certain features — for example, a “between” attribute when building streams. That said, there are effective workarounds, and I know the team is already working on introducing this functionality. It’s a great way to show clients that Optimove is constantly improving and elevating the user experience.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By enabling us to build the entire customer journey from start to finish, Optimove has removed hours of manual work from our process. We primarily use it for marketing purposes, targeting specific groups of customers. It allows us to segment customers based on defined attributes and then build streams that reach them at precise time intervals. The platform also triggers additional marketing communications based on their reactions, ensuring our campaigns are highly targeted, timely, and effective.

I've been thoroughly impressed with Optimove. The platform is powerful, yet incredibly user-friendly, which has made our daily operations significantly more efficient.

One of the standout features is the user interface for creating communications templates. It's truly friendly and intuitive, allowing our team to build and launch comms quickly without a steep learning curve. The drag-and-drop functionality and clear design make it easy to bring creative ideas to life.

The data analysis dashboard is another key highlight. It provides a clear, comprehensive overview of our data, which is essential for making informed decisions. The insights are presented in a way that's easy to understand, helping us quickly identify trends and optimize our campaigns.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

Since I started using Optimove, my experience has been very positive. What I like most about this platform is its ability to automate and personalize campaigns, allowing us to reach our customers more effectively and with less effort. The interface is quite user-friendly and accessible, even for those of us who aren't tech-savvy, which makes it much easier to use in our daily work.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

One of my least favorite aspects, although not a major one, is that at first it can be a bit overwhelming to understand all the features and settings. However, the technical support and online community make learning how to use the software much easier.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What really stands out about Optimove is how it has helped us solve problems related to segmenting and personalizing our campaigns. Before, it was difficult to reach the right customers at the right time, but now, thanks to its analytics and automation tools, we can do so much more efficiently. Additionally, its detailed reports allow us to measure the impact of our actions and adjust our strategies in real time. In short, Optimove is an accessible and truly useful solution for improving customer relationships, optimizing campaigns, and solving marketing problems simply and effectively. Optimove can be a burden on the team to implement, but once implemented it runs on its own, essentially. The Support team is very solid, but it is something I would recommend mapping out a long-term plan to integrate.

Data processing is problematic. We experience a lot of issues with it. The daily process works well most days, but every once in a while, it breaks down and it affects our activity.

What I like the most about Optimove is that everything we need is centralized in one platform (segmentation, advance targeting options, execution, analytics, etc.). It gives me and my team autonomy to execute campaigns end-to-end without relying on anyone else which is invaluable advantage, and a major driver of our efficiency and success. And we can easily evaluate and fine-tune our campaigns to keep improving results

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

Being relatively a young person who is tech-driven, I love the UI of Optimove on an overall and how simply different features can be accessed with simply through 1 or 2 clicks. It is a system which is easy to understand and to onboard. From a CRM perspective the tool is multifunctional in terms of executing and reporting. 

One of the things I appreciate most about Optimove is its ability to combine customer data, segmentation, and campaign automation under a single, intuitive platform. It allows me to create highly targeted and personalized customer journeys without much workaround.

I also value how flexible and scalable Optimove is. Whether I’m working on BAU communications or strategic initiatives, the platform adapts to different campaign types (channels) and business needs. Its multi-channel orchestration ensures consistency across email, SMS, and other touchpoints, which is crucial for delivering a seamless customer experience.

From a delivery perspective, Optimove supports my goal of doing more in less time without compromising quality. The automation features reduce repetitive tasks, and the reporting dashboards give me quick insights into performance as mentioned above, helping me optimize future campaigns. It aligns perfectly with the customer-centric mindset and ambition to continuously improve how we communicate with our audience.

It is a tool that can be used by anyone on a daily basis. People who are new to the system or even new within CRM can easily understand the tool and start using straight away with little assistance. Using Optimove daily has also helped me identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.  Its reliability and flexibility make it a tool I genuinely enjoy working with, especially as I continue to grow in my role.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

While Optimove is a powerful and reliable CRM tool, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved to better support my daily workflow. 

One challenge I often face is the limited flexibility in campaign setup and editing, especially when working under tight deadlines. Some configurations require multiple steps or workarounds, which can slow down execution and increase the risk of human error. I am referring to pausing campaigns once data is up to date and campaigns have already processed. Need to go back to the system from which templates are pulled to pause campaigns there.

Additionally, the reporting capabilities, while useful, can sometimes feel restrictive or not as intuitive as I’d like. Extracting specific performance insights or customizing dashboards often requires extra effort or external tools, which adds complexity to what should be a streamlined process. This ties into my aspiration to improve reporting and make data more accessible for decision-making.

Despite these limitations, I continue to use Optimove daily because of its strengths—but I do hope future updates will address these usability and flexibility concerns.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no problems as such which needed to be addressed but as mentioned previously the ease of use on a daily basis is what makes it a good tool. For example, Optimove eases key challenges in CRM campaign management that directly benefit  daily work and overall performance. One major difficulty it addresses is the complexity of customer segmentation and personalization. By centralizing customer data and offering dynamic segmentation tools, Optimove allows me to target the right audience with the right message at the right time—without needing to manually work around through data or build lists from scratch.

Lots of features that can be a little overwhelming when you're unsure how to use them. The tool isn't always the most intuitive. Pulling reports is a little clunky.

I like the fact that the tool is comprehensive and has all the diffrent options to create marketing campaign
Template /Target Groups creation / Real Time Marketing/Mission Control (resuts). I also like the fact that it has Academy where Marketers can learn about the tool. I also would like to add that our Account Manager Liat is always responsive and helpful.

Optimove has daily update which can be limited. The tool can be rather slow.

Some stability and performance issues. Last year of development has prioritized AI-bloatware over needed usability features.

Wide range of capabilities, even if some of them can be a bit complex to use. In terms of coverage, it makes it much easier to reach all of our customers. We are also very pleased with the excellent support provided by our CSM!

Limited capacity to add new features to the product based on our requests. We would appreciate it if more of our suggestions were implemented.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

I’ve been using Optimove for over three years to segment audiences and plan campaigns. This year, we started using their Optimail service to build email templates directly on the platform, and it’s been a game-changer. The intuitive design makes it easy to create emails without needing HTML/CSS expertise, and the preview mode simplifies adjustments, saving us tons of time. Overall, it’s made our workflow much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

There are a couple of things I find challenging with Optimove. First, since we work with multiple languages, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to nest content tags within other content tags. Currently, we need to create separate tags for each language, which can be time-consuming and less efficient. Second, managing customer support tickets as part of a team can be frustrating. There’s no centralized system to track our team’s open requests, and replies from support come as separate emails without a thread. This makes it difficult to keep track of multiple tickets, especially when several are active at the same time. I like how easy it is to visualize campaign results and quickly create different types of visualizations to gain precise and valuable insights from all marketing campaigns. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of creating personalized content using content tags and attributes. I also enjoy how simple it is to create control groups for my campaigns and the automated analysis that Optimove provides, automatically connecting the marketing action to predefined KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

I think there could be an option to cancel a scheduled send when there’s a considerable timeframe before the email is delivered. Currently, it’s only possible to delete the occurrence, but the email is sent anyway. I also believe that the "Planning" view within Mission Control is confusing and not very user-friendly; perhaps a separate area to view the complete schedule of sends for a specific period could be implemented. Additionally, I think the Deliverability Metrics could provide recommendations and tips to improve deliverability for specific ISPs with lower rates. In the same area, a more detailed view by ISP, with filters for device used or operating system, could also be helpful.

I like the simplicity of the entire process of setting up a campaign or running a whole marketing plan until the easy way to evaluate our campaigns or/and explore, learn, get insights through extra analytics.
At positives how your high skilled, experienced personnel responds to our potential issues and the way they are trying to improve our goals. Also, the workshops you organize in order to get the total impact of the available tools in Optimove. 

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

When we deep dive, in order to target a small but perfect group for a campaign, we need to select several criteria, keeping in mind the complex selection of those criteria as well as the priority of the group in order to achieve it. We have noticed an improvement but we need an upgrade in this field. Also, we need to go forward to real time campaigns (at the time data refresh is once per day). Also, it will be really hard to update (with extra or/and different parameters) a running model in Optimove.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy, to the point and quick way of targeting our customers,  time saving on setting up a campaign, almost immediate evaluation, potential insights to improve target groups or/and communication channels. The fact we can set up a campaign days, or weeks in advance and let it run once, or repeatedly has decreased our workload dramatically to focus on other things. Previously we had to pull our segments manually from our own database, upload them into our previous ESP and then schedule the email. Optimove allows us to do all this in one convenient place.

The ability to see who exactly is excluded from the campaign sends during the scheduling process. It gives you a number of people expected to be excluded but these could be for a variety of reasons which sometimes isn't easy to find out.

As per the title, there's a reason so much of the iGaming industry uses Optimove as their CRM platform of choice. If you feed the data in to it, Optimove's system can offer a world class granular, segmentation recommendation. This enables you to offer automated, heavily personalised customer communications across a full multi-channel offering.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

My biggest gripe about Optimove is the over reliance on "Uplift" for reporting purposes. Whilst I agree that using a comparative performance calculation against a Control group is a good way of measuring how a campaign performs, sometimes it is important to easily see the raw data for a campaign.

For example, if you're running 20 granular campaigns targeting 1-time-depositors, it would be good to easily export total deposit amounts across all campaigns over a set period. At present you can see the depositor count and uplift per campaign, but to get total deposits, you'll need to manually access and count each campaign. An infuriation, but a small one compared to the automation on offer.

Optimove is our CRM platform. It enables us to offer granular, automated segmentation to our database.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

The most important thing in optimove is customer segmentation. Optimove gives you a lot of possibilities to sort customers by their value, collect data on their activity history, etc.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

Nightly updates sometimes take a little too long. Counting customers in segments is also not the fastest. Sometimes there are problems with real-time triggers in campaigns.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimove helps to keep the customer, take care of their retention, and thanks to appropriate segmentation, it can be used for reactivation. It shows the analisys of a/b testing in campaigns too.

**What do you like best about Optimove?**

Opti-X makes your CRM dreams come true: real time hyper personalised messages, with ability to control logic of personalisaiton, fully automate deliveries and reduce operational time. Think dynamic images & copy including personalised subject lines, time of delivery that is right for each  customer and minimum work to deliver it.

Opti-X team offers support, tailoring their model for your usecases and developing specific models for your needs. Compared to traditional hard coded comms, personalised messages with Opti-X bring 3 times more users to the site.

**What do you dislike about Optimove?**

I'm not using full Optimove platform at the moment, only Opti-X.

**What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, AI-driven personalisation, reducing unconverted sessions, churn prevention, automated newsletters, improved engagement and reduced bonus costs with the content-led approach
