Some sections could you a bit more flexibility in terms of date selection (e.g. customer explorer, so that you are not only able to check data on a 2-week snapshot, but for a particular date/time range) **What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimove saves incredible amount of time in terms of analysis, from analyzing the data to analyzing campaign performance. Making changes in data takes X amount of time. Optimove is an old but totally reliable and working PC (Windows) with menu tree solution and navigating. Many competitors are up to date Mac - drag-n-drop & integrated app solutions with modern look. Both do their work really well, one just looks better.
