Having worked with Kumulos for about 12 months, I have nothing but praise for the relationship we've developed with them. From the initial sales and onboarding process to the support we then received from them through COVID and finally with the further support with the launch of our new app, it has been the best supplier relationship we've had as a business (and we've had a lot!).

From doing custom development for us, jumping on a call with us whenever we needed to giving us access to their development team, they really try and put customer experience above all else. A true partnership.

Everything has been great, so there's nothing to dislike. I would have said the time difference as they are based in Scotland and we're in Australia...but even with that they've been accommodating by working to our local hours (a lot of very early mornings and very late evenings for them to make it happen!). How easy the platform is to set up and use. We consolidated the technology we had on our mobile apps. Previously we have 7 services integrated into our app, and replaced that with ONE, Kumulos. It gives us everything we had before, so no loss in functionality, much less technical overhead to maintain and a fraction of the cost.
