What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

Does the grunt work of sorting routes in a fast, efficient, and visually pleasing way. App is being continually improved. Affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptimoRoute?

Time distance between stops is often inaccurate - a distance that could be reasonably covered in 10 minutes is sometimes calculated as 30+ minutes. Driver stop balancing is useless for what they consider short routes (50-100 stops). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

I have 10 service vehicles that do 50-60 jobs daily. Optimo Route makes scheduling and dispatching so much easier. The API integration with my current Work Order software make the daily schedules so much faster. Customer service especially Sarah is very helpful with any questions or issues. What do you dislike about OptimoRoute?

I wish there was a gps option that I could attach to my vehicle not to a mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

The fact that we can easily plan our fleet of 5 trucks daily workload and the system provides us with the most efficient route each truck should take along with giving us an idea of how long the workload of each truck should take. Sometimes the system doesn't identify the correct site and even select a site in another country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There could be some room of improvement on the route planning algorithm but having tried other solutions still Optimoroute's algorithm is the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
