Many of the features are intuitive and extremely easy to use without always emailing support. Video tutorials are extremely helpful as well in answering any additional questions. For the use of Optimoroute software no special technical knowledge is needed, other than the simplest knowledge of excel. The best thing is, after you import all the data, choose number of drivers and optimize the route, you are able to print routes for each driver, but even better, you can import the routes into their Google maps so the only thing left for them to do is drive! OptimoRoute is a very robust delivery service App. You can organize your deliveries very quickly and the system has never failed a driver when they are on the road. The Customer service is also really good. Whenever I've had a problem figuring something out they are a phone call away. I can easily export my orders from Excel and Import them into OptimoRoute. There is almost too much information. Sometimes the UI could be a little more intuitive. Its also quite pricey I think its approx 30 usd for 2 users. There were a lot of free apps out there but definitely not as robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OptimoRoute does what it says. It optimizes routes so that your delivery vehicles manage to deliver more and on time. The program calculates on basis of more parameters (such as traffic, shortest distance etc.) which route is the best, and how you can achieve more deliveries with the same number of delivery guys/vehicles. Sometimes the calculated route is not feasible since the roads are blocked or not viable. But I guess a 100% accurate program is quite impossible to achieve. I've got to say that I am really pleased with the performance of this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OptimoRoute saved Christmas!! We are a seasonal company who rents living Christmas trees. Routing deliveries was pricey and a logistical nightmare. We brought this software in 2 years ago and had the first year ever with a 98% on time delivery rate! The old system took ages to route, Optimo is a snap! The driver app lets us stay on top of customer service and now clients can track their own delivery! It's brilliant!
