We also use it to notify customers if there is a tech problem, or phone problem and how they can contact us while it was down. Quite complicated implementation with Google Analytics with our DataLayer fort GTM **Recommendations to others considering OptiMonk:** Online live chat support woudl be helpful. This is one of the disadvantages. Response takes about 1 day. AB testing failed or targeting just did not work as expected.
