The best part is that it automatically generates a code corresponding to the settings that the user has provided. The flexibility to choose from A/B test and Feature test is also great. Audiences: There should be a way to easily find and reuse the Audience that has already been created in the past. Currently, to view the attribute conditions user has to click and go through each Audience option and then tap 'cancel' to go back. Metrics: Please add functionality to create more complex metrics on the same event. It is both simple to use and also highly flexible to fit your testing needs. It has a very modern UI and great documentation. **What do you dislike about Optimizely Web Experimentation?** Since their acquisition by Episerver the service has been non-existent. Pre-acquisition we had an account manager who we spoke with every month or so to discuss strategy and answer questions. Once the acquisition happened, we received emails stating that they were restructuring their service team and after that basically heard nothing from anyone again. On top of that, the response time on support tickets has gone from hours to days/weeks.
