Not gonna lie. I've gotten into heated exchanges with Optimizely Opal from time to time. I think the biggest problem I see so far is when you're using Opal to get information regarding how something might work or configuration within the Optimizely platform itself. There seems to be a lot of different types of provisions and installations available for different Optimizely products, and Opal has a hard time determining which product you might be using at any given time. You might get a lot of instructions from Opal telling you to go to certain menu items, or you might find a menu item in a certain place, and in reality, on our instances, you can't see those particular things. There's a lot of going back and forth about it'll tell you to do one thing, and I have to reply back to it and say, I don't see what you're talking about. It'll apologize, and unfortunately, you can get into a rather long rambling loop with stuff like that.
